MG's connected services: MG iSMART. MG's UK documents describe logging out of the car's account; no factory-reset or owner-transfer procedure was found.
Bought it used? MG's UK documents don't describe how a buyer removes a previous owner. Ask the seller to unlink the car using the steps below, or contact MG.

Privacy and offline settings

Good to know
- MG's UK handbooks say the latest connected-services privacy notice is on the car's screen or in the app; MG UK's privacy contact is [email protected].
Not found in MG's public UK documents: A UK factory-reset or primary-user removal procedure, and a privacy mode on models other than the IM5. Menu paths can differ by model and software version; each one here is for the version its source names.
