What does my TV collect?
Element sells TVs on two platforms — Roku TV and Amazon Fire TV — so which applies depends on the specific model. Element's own privacy policy is unusually direct about what it collects: it explicitly lists HDMI device info and tuner activity, not just app usage. Type your model in — you'll get a source for every answer, or an honest "unverified" when we don't have one yet.
