Samsung The Frame LS03F (2025, UK)

QLED · Tizen 9 · 43, 50, 55, 65″

Built-in far-field microphone

Unverified

Whether this model has a built-in microphone (beyond the remote) hasn't been confirmed from a citable source yet.

What a far-field mic does →

Samsung's UK spec list for The Frame has no far-field voice row, unlike the UK QN90F and Q8F pages. But Samsung's UK 2025 user guide lists The Frame among the models with a microphone on/off switch on the TV, so the TV does have a microphone. Samsung doesn't say whether it's used for hands-free voice.

Settings → All Settings → General & Privacy → Terms & Privacy

Untick it to stop ads being personalised. The number of ads stays the same.

In the UK the checkbox reads "I consent to Interest-Based Advertising". The Privacy Choices item in the Smart Hub menu leads to the same consents. To fully stop personalisation, also turn off "Improved personalized ads with Samsung account data" in your Samsung account (US). Samsung's notices give the checkbox name; the manual gives the menu path.

Settings → All Settings → Advanced Features → Start Screen Option → Autorun Samsung TV Plus

Stops Samsung TV Plus starting automatically. Samsung says it "may not be supported depending on the model or geographical area."

No setting to turn them off is documented. Samsung's UK notice says that withdrawing consent to Interest-Based Advertisements "will not reduce or prevent the delivery of generic or contextual advertisements", and that not opting in means you "will not reduce the number of ads you see".

These settings cover ads in the TV's own menus, not ads inside individual apps. Menus can change with software updates, so check again after your TV updates.
